Derbyshire on “The Talk”

Charles Johnson of Little Green Fags is horrified by this “stunningly racist” John Derbyshire article at Takimag:

(9) A small cohort of blacks—in my experience, around five percent—is ferociously hostile to whites and will go to great lengths to inconvenience or harm us. A much larger cohort of blacks—around half—will go along passively if the five percent take leadership in some event. They will do this out of racial solidarity, the natural willingness of most human beings to be led, and a vague feeling that whites have it coming.

(10) Thus, while always attentive to the particular qualities of individuals, on the many occasions where you have nothing to guide you but knowledge of those mean differences, use statistical common sense:

(10a) Avoid concentrations of blacks not all known to you personally.

(10b) Stay out of heavily black neighborhoods.

(10c) If planning a trip to a beach or amusement park at some date, find out whether it is likely to be swamped with blacks on that date (neglect of that one got me the closest I have ever gotten to death by gunshot).

(10d) Do not attend events likely to draw a lot of blacks.

(10e) If you are at some public event at which the number of blacks suddenly swells, leave as quickly as possible.

(10f) Do not settle in a district or municipality run by black politicians.

(10g) Before voting for a black politician, scrutinize his/her character much more carefully than you would a white.

(10h) Do not act the Good Samaritan to blacks in apparent distress, e.g., on the highway.

(10i) If accosted by a strange black in the street, smile and say something polite but keep moving.

(11) The mean intelligence of blacks is much lower than for whites. The least intelligent ten percent of whites have IQs below 81; forty pericent of blacks have IQs that low. Only one black in six is more intelligent than the average white; five whites out of six are more intelligent than the average black. These differences show in every test of general cognitive ability that anyone, of any race or nationality, has yet been able to devise. They are reflected in countless everyday situations. “Life is an IQ test.”

Honestly, I had forgotten this guy existed.

  2. Well, he is repeating what Southron kids are taught at an early age. Living in New Orleans, there is no other way to survive. Another item to add to the list: if you find yourself in this situation in a heavily black area, take your shirt off and puff out your chest and generally act like a crazy madman. If someone comes at you, act the loud and crazy. They will generally avoid you.

    This is unfortunate. Derb isn’t a WN by a longshot but he’s a definite race realist and a gentleman (I am privileged to know him slightly). He will now be defenstrated by any and all desiring to be in or near “respectable” conservative movement.

    However, while this may be bad for Derb, who is far from a wealthy man, it’s good for us, since it’s a clarifying moment: any mention of race reality brings anathema, so NR is no different from liberals. How far they have fallen from even 20 years ago, when Joe Sobran and Pat Buchanan were in their pages regularly.

    Long live the white cause! Long live the South! Screw NR, Jonah Goldberg and all the fat mama’s boys who play at “conservatism” yet wouldn’t know a real right-winger if he fell on them.

    I remember before the Internet. The TV ruled us all, and fringe ideas stayed on the fringe. Now the wonderful and awesome fringe ideas, the ideas of wise but marginalized and mocked people, are mainstream. Like old the matron of the local general store, owned by Whites instead of Gandhis, who used to give me free issues of the Spotlight newspaper and tell me that GW Bush (I) was no better than the liberals. She was such a rare bird back in the fast asleep 80’s, but now we are everywhere.

    Derb realized that the NR is undead and vampiric, funded with money from long dead plutocrats, employing dead souls to read a teleprompter of bloodless discourse to a waning audience that is losing interest.

    The conservatives are coming to us! Not just Derb, but lots of ordinary people out there. They are finding us. BRA and YKWocracy is becoming unbearable.

Trayvon Mania is shaping up overcome the Duke Rape Hoax as the best WN membership drive ever!

    Actually, that line is from John Derbyshire and was part of his discussion of race in We Are Doomed.

    Aside from the Trayvon Martin incident itself, I think this kerfuffle over the Derb article will also test whether we have reached “Peak Negro”. I think Derb will end up being treated by NR the way Brimelow, Sailer, Sobran, Francis and Buchanan were treated. But the difference is that there are starting to be more alternative venues for a guy like Derb.

  35. The odd thing of it is that Debyshire merely said what everyone with a functioning intelligence and the modicum of knowledge that comes with minimal exposure to blacks already knows. He said nothing that even slightly implied that violence should be committed against blacks. To the contrary he encouraged that on a one on one basis with blacks treat them with respect and dignity. But the left went ape-shit (pardon the vulgarity and pun) over his completely reasonable suggestions. They are in full attack mode since their primary dogma (racial equality) has been questioned by a heretic and probable non-believer. The critics are doing nothing but posting ad hominems and often times personal attacks. My word it’s like watching apes throwing feces. They have lost the intellectual argument. Truth is on our side and somewhere in their souls they know it. What kind of fool would claim anything to be a ‘hate fact’? One moment they condemn anyone who says that blacks lack academic achievement then turn around the next moment and say that black schools need more funding to close the achievement gap. It’s like living in ‘1984’.

BTW he basically funds Chronicles as far as I can tell which is ironic since race realism to them is an anthema, (they are wordists; worshippers of words). I guess this also meant they had to take on their roster Justin Raimondo whose latest claim to fame was to write up a hate crime hoax to denounce a certain segment of whites over at anti-war.     Sorry I am choking on the eggs that came up. I saw it linked to on a bunch of sites when I started coming around and it was never one that got bookmarked on any of my computers. Conservative LMAO, and still trying to get them now bitter eggs back down.

    JD did well, but he is not enough. It’s going to take a Mel Gibson or similar to really rock the world.
