Wishful Thinking : A law that bans any african-american from carrying a firearm under any circumstance period. I know that sounds redundant being that most are felons who can not have guns any way. I am talking about a blanket law that if u are black you can not have a gun.. period. If caught, lets start with a mandatory 10 years sentence.
The downside… less blacks offing eachother in the ghettos, effectively cutting down the population.
The Remedy.. wishful thinking law 2: If u are black you can have only one child per household making it a felony for both the male and female participant to have a 2nd child. . . Lets throw in another 10 years mandatory for first offense for both participants.
With these two laws in effect, we would be well on our way to utopia.
