I’m not sure how much he has to do with the arrest, but it is true that Cernovich had been quietly waging a legal campaign to unseal those records. He tweets about it all the time on Twitter.
The way the courts work is that they have insiders throw the case and after are untouchable due to double jeopardy.
And yes Pizzagate was real, they used the parlour to see whose parents had weak limits to grooming and would then do the criminal stuff in private locals, often after incriminating the parents.

I am uncomfortable with the term ‘sex trafficking’ as applied to people who hire voluntary sex workers. While paying underage (under 16) girls for sexual acts should clearly be illegal, as having sex with minors under 16 is illegal in most states (maybe all) for anyone three years older than the minor, it doesn’t equate to sexual enslavement which would in my mind would not be voluntary in any dimension (and which exists in the world).
Epstein is a vile disgusting monster, but I don’t think there is credible evidence that he forced any girl to partake in sexual acts either with him or other men. He is almost certainly guilty of statutory assault and of being a pimp of minors, but enslaving them which the term trafficking implies doesn’t seem wholly accurate.
I guess I don’t like the term trafficking to being with (human beings aren’t commodities to be trafficked in), nor the term applied to situations like Epstein’s. It seems like a way to occlude far more heinous actions. The proper term should be sexual slave trade, but that would outrage the SJW’s who think only black people could ever be enslaved, so instead (((they))) conflate volunteer prostitution by minors with enslavement of whoever – related but still distinctly different concepts.
Let us hope that this disgusting vermin gets a case of diarrhea of the mouth and starts spilling the name of his guests to pedo island.

This is strange. I thought it was sexual slavery which is rape. Instead I find out that the girls voluntarily did this. In Catholic law a girl is a woman when she is 14 and can have a baby. In Mexico the age of consent was 12 years old until 2012 when it became 15. Ann Coulter with her usual nonsense claimed the opposite. Last year she said Mexico lowered the age to 12 again which is not true.
In most states in the US, a ‘child’ is 13 and under. But, statutory rape or assault is any sexual contact with a minor under 16 by someone 3 years or older than the minor. In some states the age of consent is 17. And statutory doesn’t necessarily mean no force was used, just that the sheer contact alone is against the law whether the contact was forced or not.
Before the era of mass estrogenization, it wasn’t considered a problem for girls of northern european descent especially to not menstruate until they were 16, at which point the medical field would consider a lack of menarche some sort of health problem or disorder. That means some 14 year olds wouldn’t enter menarche until they turned 15 or 16, so the notion that 14 is an adult is bizarre to our sensibilities, particularly for a race that matures at slower rates than some others.
Also, the early years of menstruation for teen girls are not peak fertile ones, and, during the Middle Ages mainland european females usually didn’t even have children until they’d turned at least 20, usually 21 or 22. I suspect the reasons related to shortages of food, excess physical work and skinniness and comparatively later menarche. And lack of chemicals and toxins.

What you said is very interesting. In America in 1880 every state in the Union had the age of consent at 10 or 12 years old except Delaware where it was 7 years old.
And I understand that legal laws are anything humans decide. I said morally it is not rape if the girl agrees. Trying to make it so legally cannot make it so religiously/morally.
Being married at 14 may or may not be desirable nowadays only that my religion allows it. Catholic law used to allow girls to marry at 12 years old until 1917. The Catholic belief is that the only reason God created sex was to have children within marriage. Therefore girls marrying young are more likely to have more children in their marriage than old women in their mid 20’s.
