America’s tech oligarchs are in the business of making vast fortunes by destroying jobs, surveilling their customers, vacuuming away wealth and policing thought here in the Heartland. If the status quo changed from mainstream conservatism, it would be a damn shame.
Note: I credit the Yang campaign for raising awareness of how badly these people were screwing over workers outside of Silicon Valley. How bad will it get due to the rollout of new technologies in the 2020s?
