It is good know what “standing with Ukraine” means in practice.
It effectively means co-signing a proxy war with Russia, spending tens of billions of dollars to fund the war, backing the crazed liberals who led us into this war over Russiagate, risking this regional war over the status of Donbas (a place no one in this country cares anything about) escalating into a nuclear war with Russia and being actively engaged as full blown participants in the war with the only thing holding us back from plunging deeper into the war being the patience and restraint of the other side.

It’s also rumored the US assisted Ukraine in sinking the Russian cruiser Moskva — while there are some who tout the superiority of Russian weapons, the US doubtless has better strategic intelligence and targeting capability — I’m sure the Russians are investigating exactly what happened to the Moskva — if I were them, I would also be working to obtain targeting info on a US aircraft carrier, and if it turns out the US did help sink the Moskva, I would take out a US carrier with a hypersonic Kinzhal missile.
Standard American method. Fight a war, just refuse to call it a war or admit that your actions are acts of war, then wait for an inevitable retaliation. When the justified retaliation comes, declare it to be an unjustified act of aggression and cause for further war. Works every time.

If you remember, the media and political establishment had a conniption fit when the US media reported the blatant and absurd lie that the Russian government was offering a bounty on US soldiers in Afghanistan. They were reporting that nonsense as if it was an established fact for weeks.

Most of these generals that Ukraine allegedly killed turned out confirmed to be alive. It’s true that the USA is basically running the entire show in Ukraine, but they aren’t mass killing Russian generals.
This is a ‘run ahead’ release.
They publish this in hopes that it will take the air out of any release that Russia may soon make public. It’s too devalue anything, the shock value, that may come from another news source.
