As I said in the previous post, my Twitter addiction has spiraled out of control in the last two weeks of October. We don’t have an Election Day anymore. We have an Election Season in the key battleground states and most of the country. Big updates are being posted throughout the day as the returns come in. I have been glued to the coverage and neglecting to write because of this.
In Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona, half of the expected vote in the 2024 election is already in. It is much harder to tell what is going on in Wisconsin and Michigan because of 1.) large polling misses in those states and 2.) the lack of party registration. Early voting is more difficult in Pennsylvania.
I strongly recommend watching the entire video.
This is where we are at in each swing state five days out from Election Day.

Don’t be too damn sure of victory for us:

In a complex deal marked by boardroom drama, regulatory hurdles, and political intrigue, Vista Outdoor’s ammunition division, known as the Kinetic Group, is on the verge of being acquired by Czechoslovak Group (CSG), a Czech-based conglomerate. Set to conclude by late November, this $2.15 billion sale has been met with mixed reactions, with both excitement and concerns arising around Federal Ammunition, a company that has been a staple of American manufacturing in Minnesota for over a century.
