New York Times: How 50,000 Migrants Surged Into a Spanish Enclave In Africa

Here is a brief recap of the context around the invasion of Ceuta:

– Spain is a strong supporter of the International Criminal Court and one of the biggest enemies of the Netanyahu government in Israel which it has accused of genocide in Gaza

– The intense beef between Spain and Israel was on display at the World Cup when the entire Israeli leadership loudly supported Argentina. Spain won the World Cup

– Trump has vowed to punish Spain for refusing to allow its air space to be used in the war with Iran for Israel. He cited the Spanish American War and the loss of Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Philippines

– The American Enterprise Institute has been heavily lobbying the Trump administration for months to recognize Ceuta as part of Morocco

– Morocco is an ally of Israel and joined the the Abraham Accords. In exchange, the Trump administration recognized Morocco’s sovereignty over Western Sahara

– Just two weeks ago, the House voted to recognize Morocco’s sovereignty over Ceuta. Every House Republican except Thomas Massie voted for it

– Netanyahu’s son publicly said Israel was funding NGOs in Morocco to encourage mass migration from Morocco into Spain. Ben G’Vir and other Israeli government officials and MIGA influencers like Laura Loomer loudly celebrated the invasion

– Israel wants to destabilize Spain with a mass invasion of Muslims and African refugees in order to get the Vox party in power as a Ziopopulist ally along the lines of MAGA in the U.S., Argentina under Milei, Brazil under Bolsonaro, Hungary under Orban, etc.

– The Moroccan police allowed the invasion to happen

New York Times:

“Like so many others in Morocco, Mohammed Ahmidho saw on his social media feeds early Thursday that the heavily guarded border his country shared with the Spanish territory of Ceuta was open.

Soon enough, he joined a crowd in the tens of thousands, many of whom were astonished to see Moroccan police urge them, as he recalled, to “come to Spain.” Some climbed over the fence, as he did, or dove through holes in the chain-link, or swam across the maritime border. Some wore wet-suits, sometimes kicking with flippers, or floated to the Spanish coast in orange life preservers, pink inflatable doughnuts around their waists. At least 60 people died in the mayhem.

“A lot of people came,” said Mr. Ahmidho, 37. “A lot.”

He was among roughly 50,000 people who crossed the border into a Spanish town of only 84,000 residents on Thursday and early Friday, according to the Spanish interior ministry. That was a more intense surge than in any equivalent period during the peak of the European migration crisis in 2015. …”

This whole episode is very interesting.

We’re constantly told that Israel is synonymous with Western civilization. We’re told that it is practical to vote for Ziopopulist parties because of immigration. Look how immigration is being used as a tool though to destabilize and punish Spain though for being insufficiently pro-Israel.

  1. The Strait of Gibraltar, the Straits of Hormuz, the Bab el Mandeb Straits, what do they all have in common? They are maritime choke points. Look for a flare-up between Indonesia and Malaysia over the straits of Malacca in the not to distant future. A jew empire with control over international trade, is that the dream of the scheme?

  2. Like I said last year, nothing changed in the Republican party. It changed the dogwhistles for a cruder, more vulgar tone, but tripled down on all the old objectives. Desperate, immiserated rural white peons got their boob bait for bubba, and the rich white but now also Indian corporate gentry got the same thing they’ve been getting since 1954, and Christmas came early for Jews.

Did you hear about Sophie Cunningham? A childless 29 year old blue eyed, blonde haired white woman said something naughty about trannies! We saved women’s sports! We are the real feminists. Democrats are the misogynists.

I was right about pretty much everything except perhaps the Jewish New Deal considering how strong Iran proved to be, which no one expected. That said, Republicans may still hold the line. Vivek is actually favored to win Ohio even now with Trump at the Bush line. This is the worst case scenario.
