What makes you think that Donigula, Hegseth and all the rest are not fully on board with the Kushner agenda? There is zero evidence that they oppose it in any way.
A couple of points:
1) I’d be surprised if the oil sheiks only had to pay out a mere 650 mil. That’s chump change these days in fake-dollars. Perhaps it’s just a down-payment for a much larger payoff for the Kushner Krime Kartel.
2) As you yourself have noted, the US military has been systematically gutted by the Clinton, Bush and Obama regimes, while the first Trump term was quickly taken over by Jarvanka, which only continued the degradation, accelerated again under the third Obama (“Biden”) term. Perhaps the oil shieks figured out that the Pentagram was a paper tiger and decided to make a deal with the Iranians, so the KKK brokered the deal.
