My view of the socialism debate:
1. I have no confidence whatsoever in the conservative case for their preferred version of capitalism. I don’t believe the GOP is going to raise living standards and build a modern infrastructure. I see rich people getting richer and the average American standard of living declining.
2. I don’t care what FOX Geezers who still mentally live in the Cold War think about socialism. The world has changed. There is no question in my mind that socialist China has done a better job at raising living standards, building a modern economy and infrastructure over the past thirty years.
3. The challenge posed by socialist China is far more potent than the Soviet Union. China is running laps around the United States and the “capitalist” side is losing badly.
We’re about to enter the era of transportation is too expensive for average people. Thanks to planned obsolescence agenda 2030 still going on strong and taking us to the 15-minute cities. Most vehicles on the road today are built to break in less than 10 years. We have much bigger problems in this bullshit. And you already know whichever actor you vote for isn’t going to fix it. If we had spent forty years of deindustrialzong and sending tens of trillions of dollars in hard cash and capital assets to the Soviet Union after WWII you would be writing in Cyrillic and speaking Russian. Deindustrialization wasn’t made a policy in the USA until President Bush and really it was President Clinton. That’s roughly fifty years after WWII.
Both of us are old enough to remember those people and I think you would agree none believed in industrializing China. As for China they are actually Great! I am here on the West Coast and have lots of family members who have traveled to China. An Uncle of mine was literally one of the first Americans to visit China after Tricky Dicks meeting with Mao and China stopped being so isolationist.

China is an example of what could be termed national socialism. It is a blend of regulated free market principles and the public interest as managed by the state. Mao would be utterly shocked at today’s China. While it is a one-party state, most there don’t seem to particularly care as long as they have a chance to prosper. This is not to say that it lacks problems, has plenty of room for improvement or that there is no corruption there. Far from it. Nor would their exact model even work outside China. That’s one of the things I find amusing about the Hitler fan club. They look to a character who ended up destroying Germany instead of looking at a character like Xi who has overseen China’s rise to a major power. This is not to say that Xi is the white man’s salvation – that’s an insane notion. We aren’t even on his radar, and it wouldn’t necessarily be beneficial if we were.

Not just the USA but I believe Western Europe helped to create modern China. I am no friend to any Communist country on religious principles alone. I do believe in universal health care for citizens, more aid to the needy, and the USA not acting like the world is an American planet. That is basic and is not unique to China.

Yes, Western Europe helped too. For whatever reason their dindustrialization was less rapid than ours, even if more catestrophic because their industrial sector was deeper. Yes, by the time of the Chinese dragon being fed our posterity by the boomers, much of American industry had already been reduced during the 1980s. China consumed the remainder. So, Europe managed to hold on longer even though it shipped over things like the world’s largest active steel boiler furnace, the lighting of which takes several years to a decade. So yes, that and the US is what made China powerful, not socialism.
I do have to disagree with you though on how America treats the workd. From our perspective the world walks over us. Our trade deals suck, every single one has resulted in massive trade imbalances. Our socioeconomy is a pear like hourglass shape. The middle has been gutted, the top is bigger, but it’s overshadowed by its giant bottom, like a fat Mestizo or Black baboon butt. This is the kind of argument one would expect from a supporter of the usury-racket (the very Combine he allegedly opposes) which is referred to as “capitalism”. One part of the argument is correct. Socialism – at least as it is usually defined – did NOT build China. It was a combination of a Chinese state devoted to protect CHINESE interests and genuine market opportunities for CHINESE entrepreneurs, innovators, etc. Overall, a very effective combination that owes much more to folks like Sun Yat-Sen and Lee Kuan Yew than it does to clowns like Marx and Engels, basically well-to-do intellectuals who were long on theories and not much else. NS Germany’ Concordant with the Vatican was a practical political maneuver. It brought German Catholics into the party. In the election of July 1932, the majority of Catholics voted for their Zentrum party and not the NSDAP.
The majority Lutherans on the other hand, voted for the NSDAP.
By signing the Concordant with the the Vatican, Hitler prevented a clash between Protestants and Catholics for national unity based on blood and soil, not on whose version of Christianity was better.
Pope Pius XI had future Pope Pius XII the so-called “Nazi Pope” sign the Concordant for him.
I wrote so-called because it has come to light in recent years that not only did Piux XII undermine Mussolini’s Fascist Party, but also was in direct communication with FDR’s Secretary of State Department asking for assistance should German troops enter Vatican City.
As you are already well aware, Pius XII was a thorn in the side of Francisco Franco too.
In future dealings with the Vatican, I would suggest that National Socialist and European fascist parties remove any resistance and/or open animosity from the Vatican deal with that Pope like Caesara Borgia was accused of doing to Pope Alexander VI.

Either way National Socialist Germany treated us with respect while Communist Soviet Union, Freemasonic Great Britain, and Jewish-Protestant United States have their core values that are NOT acceptable. They are an unholy trinity.
I still own to being uneasy on NS Germany. How much is massive propaganda despite myself I do not know.
I like the British and Americans more than the Japanese who sneaked attacked both countries and treated British and American prisoners both male and female horribly.
