In August, an anarchist mob demonstrated that it was bold enough to overthrow the Charlottesville City Council with impunity:

This evening the same anarchist mob came back to demonstrate to Mayor Mike Signer who really runs Charlottesville City Hall:
Isn’t this interesting?
In the United States, an anarchist mob has been allowed to effectively take over Charlottesville and cow the local government into submission. Since the mob has declared itself the sovereign power in Charlottesville, it is also asserting the prerogative to decide which classes of citizens the law applies to and which classes are above the law and exempt from punishment.
They got what they wanted – to end the meeting.

Such is the nature of “social justice.” It shouldn’t be confused with “equal justice.” Similarly, the whims of a vulgar anarchist mob should never be confused with a citizen’s right to due process.
We strongly believe the Department of Justice should investigate Charlottesville which continues to act like the leftwing version of a sundown town. Recently, the City of Charlottesville declared itself to be a sovereign nation in the process of developing its own foreign policy which “thwarts every white supremacist incursion, at every turn, and from every angle.”
