These are dark times.

The world is closer to nuclear war that at any point in my lifetime.

If there is a silver lining though to this crisis, it is that it is exposing the total bankruptcy of the political establishment. The same people who support and participate in cancel culture and who are always mounting their high horse to charge at us are showing the world that racism, hate, bigotry, xenophobia and intolerance are totally fine with them so long as it is targeted against a group that has aroused the ire of the ruling class. We can even incite violence against that group on social media!

The Free Press is an ardent champion of monopolies and censorship.

Nationalism, guns and borders are suddenly in fashion in Ukraine.

It is okay to spread disinformation, misinformation and malinformation on cable news and social media depending on who is the target.

Justin Trudeau condemns authoritarianism while practicing authoritarianism in Canada.

Zelensky is praised as the hero of liberal democracy while crushing opposition media and arresting his political opponents.

NATO countries like Belgium and Greece ban opposition political parties. Britain arrests people for racist and homophobic comments.

Australia puts its own citizens in concentration camps for refusing to take the COVID vaccine.

The same government which condemns Russia for invading a sovereign country is currently occupying Syria and maintains a military presence on all continents except Antarctica.

In the Second Cold War, the ruling class in the West stands for nothing except its own self preservation. It makes the rules. It gives the orders. It finds and punishes the evildoers. It can break contracts and seize property at will. It does not hold itself to any consistent standard. We give them far too much credit for associating themselves with Liberal Democracy. They don’t even believe in their own bullshit.

            I just read that a third Russian General has been killed in na Ukraine. If true that is unusual outside of a military rout. That means Russian generals are leading from the front and that is impressive.

            I derive my military opinions from family and relatives since I have many relatives in the military and the police. In Mexico military and police have more power than in the USA. I also have a Mexican-American relative who is a Colonel in the American army.

            I have been studying Russian for a couple of years and have tested out at a High School Level Profiicency.

            Normally I would say that comrade anonymous is just being disruptive since I can not believe anyone can truly have his beliefs. Yet I just read a story on Yahoo News that seems credible where Russian soldiers gunned down another Ukrainian family because ” they were told that there were Nazis everywhere”.

            The Ukrainian mother who survived stated that the Russian officer and his soldiers were told that and they truly believed it. So it is possible anonymous is a true believer. I seldom read his comments anymore even when addressed to me.

            I am glad that you recognize that Russia is not a society to emulate even if you take their side on the war.

            You realize that if I was a Russian I could go to jail for 15 years for calling a war a war. I am aware as well of course that in Europe and the USA there are political prisoners.

            In fact in some so called Western countries I might be in jail for being against Moslem invasions, condemning homosexual marriages, being appalled at sex changes etc..

        The “seasonal tradition” he alludes to here is Purim, very much part and parcel of Talmudic Satanism. National Socialism has been long redefined in Russia as “fascism” – quite ironic as Italian fascism was itself very much a creature of what is usually called the left. The only truly rightist leader in 20th century Western Europe was Spain’s Franco – a Christian Phalangist. The Austrian painter was by no means the inventor of National Socialism, though he might have been the earliest to use the explicit term. China’s Sun Yat-Sen was the first to actually govern in this way.

        Later on, Stalin himself adapted some aspects of it (e.g. “socialism in one country”) and ultimately purged the party of the Trotskyite (International socialism) faction – followed by most, but not all, Jews in the party apparat.
