Violent Antifa Attacked Counter-Protester In Portland Who Brought An American Flag To Protest Fascism

As Tiny Toese of Patriot Prayer said, Antifa doesn’t stand for “anti-fascist.” It stands for Anti-First Amendment and Anti-F***ing American:

Paul Welch came to the downtown protest Aug. 4 to let his political leanings be known.

With pride he clutched his U.S. flag as he moved among the crowd of like-thinking demonstrators.

Soon a group of black-clad antifascists, or antifa, demanded he lose the flag, calling it a fascist symbol. Welch refused, and a tug-of-war ensued.

It ended with Welch taking a club to the back of the head, laying on the ground in a pool of his own blood.

Only Welch was not a Proud Boy, a Patriot Prayer supporter or among the other conservative activists who descended into the area that day, many from out of town.

He was one of hundreds of progressive Portlanders who had turned out to oppose the right-wing rally held at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park. …”

This is literally who Antifa attacked and gave a concussion:

“A “slightly progressive leftist” by his telling, Welch is a registered Democrat in Oregon, voting records show. He cast his ballot for Bernie Sanders in the 2016 presidential primary and Hillary Clinton in the general election, he said.

The 38-year-old line cook is also no stranger to street protests in Portland. He said he attended the Women’s March held during the weekend of Donald Trump’s inauguration.

This summer, Welch, who works six days a week at a catering company, stopped by the Occupy ICE encampment on his days off to bring protesters water, toilet paper and sunblock, he said. …”

I’m a Southern Nationalist. We don’t use Old Glory at our events.

It would never occur to us though to attack, say, Patriot Front at a street demonstration. We agree with Media Matters that there is no “moral equivalence” between the Antifa and the Alt-Right. Antifa are nothing more than a mob of violent criminals who will lash out and attack anyone at their events: “journalists,” the police, even bystanders who look like “fash.”

We saw this incident happen in Portland on August 4. I assumed at the time that this individual was with the Patriot Prayer side, but it turns out he was a counter-protester!

Are you surprised these “journalists” who work for The Free Press (™) deliberately refused to report the incident because it made Antifa look so bad?

Why is Rose City Antifa given a platform by Jack Dorsey on Twitter? How are they not a violent extremist group? These people are engaging in violence on a weekly basis now.

  5. I do not agree with Andrew Anglin on everything, but his take on antifa was spot on-they are way too stupid and incompetent to be our sworn enemies. They are a freak show whose existence actually helps us. They dress like freaks. They behave like mentally retarded children, destroying any property they please and assaulting anyone they think is a fascist or ‘Nazi,’ even their own supporters. Normal americans, even nonwhites, abhor these imbeciles and see them for the idiots they really are.
