Jason Kessler Sues Charlottesville Over Unite The Right

Bravo.

“Jason Kessler and three white nationalist and neo-Nazi organizations filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court on Wednesday against the city of Charlottesville and police officials alleging First and Fourteenth amendment violations.

In addition to the City of Charlottesville, the suit names former Charlottesville Police Chief Al Thomas and Virginia State Police Lt. Becky Crannis-Curl as defendants.

According to the suit, Kessler, white nationalist group Identity Evropa and the neo-Nazi National Socialist Movement and Traditional Worker Party claim the city and police officials did not do enough to protect their rights during last year’s deadly Unite the Right rally and actively prevented them from exercising their rights. …”

… Because Thomas and Crannis-Curl had issued orders not to engage crowds at UTR, the suit claims they allowed a “heckler’s veto” — a legal term used in First Amendment cases when a complainant claims suppression of speech by the government because of possible violent reactions from hecklers. …”

I’m not at liberty to discuss this.

I will just share the link. You can read all about what I have said about that f***ed up day last August and our experience there in the archives.

  1. I would slap them with this law USC title 18 sections 241 and 242. Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights
This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.

Acts under “color of any law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority, but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority; provided that, in order for unlawful acts of any official to be done under “color of any law,” the unlawful acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as Mayors, Council persons, Judges, Nursing Home Proprietors, Security Guards, etc., persons who are bound by laws, statutes ordinances, or customs.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year, or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

PS This is a Federal felony!!!

      • It has nothing to do with the law, Dear Spahn.

No, Sir, it’s about making our opponents pay when they oppose us, on the Right, and a principal way this must be done is via the courts.

They will win, if we do not challenge them, consistently, with lawfare.

    • I had forgotten about that scumbag Terry McAuliffe, underboss of the Clinton Crime Family and notorious DNC hatchet-man.

  2. Sorry if sorta O/T but I feel the need to link to Denise’s recent article: https://whitetearoom.wordpress.com/2018/11/04/i-am-voting-democrat/

I’d rate this up there as another one of the *most* important articles I’ve ever posted here on OD, and perhaps on the internet.

I’ll never identify through the biological race or gender exaggeration hooey, so I’d qualify that I am indeed a ‘thinking’ as opposed to ‘feeling’ (and yes the Myers Briggs does reflect some basic truths) type personality, which means that I am logical. And germanic 😉

But Denise has hit the jackpot here with a work of true genius.

    Thank you.

  3. My suspicion is the Police Chief was told to stand down by the Mayor. If the Police Chief has to go down for it, he should take the Mayor with him.

  4. I wish them the best. It is sickening that the police and officials who orchestrated that mess have gone unpunished for so long.

  5. There was a takeover on our justice system by jewish power and influence. These lawsuits are useless and will most likely be thrown out.
I’d be very surprised if they actually won.

    • Don’t get me wrong, I’m hoping for a positive outcome also. With all the money going into legal fees, I hope it’s worth it.
These people know exactly the weak point. Money.

  6. I hope Kessler wins this.

I’m glad Identity Evropa is looking past the bitter optics divide and is joining Kessler in this suit.

The Charlottesville hoax narrative must be challenged and ultimately destroyed.

  7. We should prioritize finding stable, sustainable ways to fund stuff like this

Might be more productive than funding the living expenses of unemployed podcasters

    • Kessler is a jew who played Judas goat for the state. What I’m trying to figure out is what he’s accomplishing for them by suing. It could be his way of maintaining credibility for future assignments. UVa seems to have become an epicenter for anti-white intellectual foment and legitimization.

If at all possible, Kessler should be totally ignored and anathematized.

Sad that UVa would succumb to all this kosher rabble rousing hatred. I don’t know that much about the school but it seemed like a fundamentally place. Jews ruin everything.

How can TradYouth be suing when they’re defunct?
