Rand Paul doesn’t bat an eyelash.
My analysis is that Rand Paul has an excellent command of libertarian philosophy, and he dismisses Maddow’s obsession about segregated lunch counters as a “red herring,” and always reframes it back to his libertarian view. It’s brilliant, and amazingly courageous. He got attacked by the friggin’ TV itself, for heaven’s sake! It wasn’t just Maddow It’s never just about the individual TV personality. The power for whom she is a spokesperson prepared her long and hard for this.
I find Rachel Maddow extremely displeasing on the eyes and ears. She definitely believes in putting the world, or at least the West, under a politically correct gulag.
The thing about liberals, is they certainly can do some damage, but in the long term, they are incompetent. A Stalin will come along, as he did in 1924, perhaps he’s waiting in the wings of the “eyes wide shut” world. We live under an oligarchy, as Senator Bernie Sanders (yes a Jew) from Vermont, said. It’s just about a big pot of money, and it’s going to end up like a Quentin Tarantino movie, when the criminals all start betraying each other and killing each other.

I amazes me how fast the left wants to move the Overton Window in their own direction. Everyone to the left of Bloomberg is a suspected Nazi. In Maddow’s mind, NeoCons are barely worth talking to respectfully, Libertarians are the extreme radical Right, the Religious Right is completely outside the range of acceptable discourse, and PaleoCons like Buchanan, Sailer and Brimelow are scheduled to join Duke, MacDonald and Taylor in the ADL’s Encyclopedia of Hate.
I put Maddow in our encyclopedia of hate. Yes we have one and she is front page news with picture. Her whole tune would change if just one person asked her if she hates whites, as of now its free pass city and the wench is on cruise control.
I went through the comments. Since all cultures are ‘equal’, I wonder how many would have their daughter marry a black inner city thug or better yet move there and ‘make a difference’ with their own money.

Pushing for the right of free association in most private enterprises is a radical idea worth pursuing. Having private white-only spaces would help whites under siege in integrating areas. At the same time, I like minimum wage and certain workplace safety laws, and I would hate to see such laws trumped by principles of free association.
Still, a good and radical idea. I recall Jared Taylor says it is the only legislation the American Renaissance advocates, along with an end to non-white immigration.

Interview with me on Voice of Reason radio network. It was the first interview I’ve ever done in my life. Some commenters are trashing it, saying I’m a lousy speaker. I admit I’m a writer, not a speaker. Comments and even critique are welcome.
WN is discussed a fair amount, and this website is mentioned a couple of times.
Commenters are pointing up the obvious cognitive dissonance in wanting to preserve a White culture in the US without stopping legal immigration and in opposing anti-Semitism while the Jews are supposedly screwing over Whites (which I don’t buy).
Sorry for the multiple comments, but I’m not the best essayist and my ideas sometimes come to me in fits and starts. Here’s what the SPLC/ADL might have suggested Whites do in Jackson, Mississippi if they cared about us:
Go to one of these restaurants with a White friend, who no doubt would not have the exact same ethnic composition as you, and pay the 22% discounted rate for your meal in cash, as should your friend. Moreover, bring along the exact amount and no credit/debit cards. If they question you on it, explain your friend’s and your relative genetic diversity. Heck, try to get a group of friends to split into twos and do it en masse at one restaurant at a time. If you can organize a large enough group, you can get all the restaurants simultaneously. Or, I can organize that for you and bus willing Whites in. I can even give local and/or national news affiliates a little heads up in case they’ll want to carry the story. If they interview you or anyone in your group, then briefly talk about the situation and find a way to naturally work in “affirmative action” and “hate crimes laws” as much more injurious examples of unequal protection under the law for Whites. Keep everything in this operation peaceful. If no news affiliates are interested, we can document the situations, post them online and drum up interest ourselves.
That’s essentially a Saul Alinsky inspired tactic.

All of what you say is true, except insofar as you fail to realize that for the vast majority of European-Americans *anything* that is remotely connected to segregated lunch counters is evil is wrong is Nazism is crazy.

Our goal, then, is to stop trying to pursuade the unpursuadeable and, instead, seeking some means to gather the 3-5% who both want to save Euro-American civilization in North America and to plan for a successful separation.

Rand Paul is actually not named after Ayn Rand. His real name is Randal, for some time he was known as Randy. His wife then shortened the name and they’ve just gone with it ever since.

This reminds me a bit of the Ron Paul newsletters controversy. The purpose of the attacks is to make Paul have to constantly proclaim “I am not a racist”. From here on out, every time Rand Paul speaks to the media it will be about this one subject.

Sorry, my last post went through prematurely. I was saying, Daniels relies on gossip, rumor, innuendo, and various out of context quotations to make his case–little more. It’s not worth responding to at any greater length than that, at least on a pro bono basis.
I would add one thing, however. It is an indication of the political and intellectual desperation of people like Hilton Kramer and Roger Kimball that despite their unceasing calls for “standards” in discourse and the arts, they nonetheless stoop to publishing such trash. It’s becoming painfully obvious that they have no important or original contributions to make in philosophy, politics, or for that matter, the arts. Perhaps they dimly realize this. Alas, some of the rest of us do. In any case, those of us who subscribe to Rand’s views are, I’m afraid, no longer 14 year olds who can be dismissed with a wave of some ignoramus’s hand. We’re here to stay, and frankly, our credentials for discussing the topics at issue are a hell of a lot better than anyone who writes for The New Criterion. If you think you can deal with our views by means of articles like this, you’re badly mistaken.

Ron Paul mentioned in an interview years ago that he named his son ‘Randall’ because he was such a big fan of Ayn Rand.

Please consider that Paul’s platform has for a long time included: Getting rid of the Federal Reserve, lowering taxes, ending AA, controlling the border, and ending foreign wars – all of these are “good for whites” positions.
I’m not disagreeing with your overall point but Paul is as close to a “friend” as we can have in the modern political environment.
Just imagine, if FOX News can get conservative Whites to, in lock-step, rebrand “suicide bombers” as “homicide bombers” half-way around the world, they could get White conservatives to rebrand “affirmative action” as “discrimination against Whites” and “hate crimes laws” as “pro violence against Whites laws”. Latest word is that Rand Paul has caved, and now claims that he supports the Civil Rights Act in full. No more quibbles.
This shows us a number of things.
1. As I’ve been saying, the Tea Party/libertarian crowd are on a collision course with the non-white hordes, whether they want to admit it or not. They may be able to paper this one over, but it won’t change the fundamentals.
2. Arguing against the Left is futile if you accept their anti-white premises as holy writ. Unless you take the position that whites are a people, and must be able to survive as a people, then you are building a castle of sand. Such a castle can’t withstand the slightest pressure. His cave was inevitable, based as it was on a vague proposition of liberty. Doesn’t bode well for a “proposition nation.” A real movement and a real nation must be built of sturdier stuff. Tribes are real. Propositions are here today, gone tomorrow. Paul’s holy proposition withstood perhaps 24 hours worth of pressure. He should have reframed the debate.
3. The 60’s “civil rights” movement needs to be seen for what it was, a malicious and hate filled attack on whites. We have been murdered, raped, discriminated against, and demographically swamped for four decades now – starting with that movement. Rand Paul can’t/won’t say this. He cannot describe that hate filled movement as anything other than wonderful, taking all of the liberal candy coating at face value. Blacks are always victims – even as the white body count spirals. Rand cannot challenge liberal premises, in fact he embraces them (listen to the interview with Maddow, reminded me of his dad fawning all over MLK in 2008). Once you accept liberal/anti-white premises, liberal/anti-white conclusions become inevitable. See Rand Paul as Exhibit A on this.
4. For all of the talk of their being highly principled, it certainly doesn’t take long for a Paul to cave. Ron Paul folded like a cheap suit back in 2008 (Martin Luther King is my hero!) under the slightest racial pressure. His son couldn’t even hold out for 24 hours.
The bottom line is that until we are willing to think as a tribe, and defend ourselves as a tribe, we will continue to be beaten by the Left. Conservatives truly are losers…and apparently libertarians can’t wait to emulate them. These people can’t even reframe a debate, much less protect our people.
Having said all of that, I’m still happy for Rand’s success. I certainly won’t be donating any money to him after his cave (I learned my lesson with the Pauls after his dad’s particularly disgraceful behavior. No more fiat money from me), but he represents a polarizing dynamic that can only be good for us. I suppose everyone has their part to play.

There is a double standard at play here that needs to be confronted head on. NeoCons not only associated with Trotsyites, they WERE Trotsyites, yet it is not held against them. I must have seen a different video. Courageous? Not really. He avoided the issue entirely, refused to answer the question, called it a rede herring. It’s not. It’s a question that cries out for an unequivocal answer. Yes, a private businessman should have an absolute right to do business with whomsoever he chooses, on mutually agreeable terms. That does not give either party the right to commit a crime, even on private property, and the commenters suggesting that are being dishonest. Just as freedom of religion does not include a right of human sacrifice.
To me, this is obvious. Why can’t a politician just say it? Why must he go into the obligatory glorification of the civil rights “heroes” of the 60’s? Sorry, no breakthrough here.
