President Trump is walking back his comments about African shitholes:
“In a letter to African regional leaders, President Donald Trump has said he “deeply respects” the people of Africa and that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will make an “extended visit” to the continent in March.
The letter — a copy of which was obtained by NBC News — is dated Thursday and was sent ahead of the African Union summit this weekend in Ethiopia.
The correspondence comes after Trump caused widespread outrage by reportedly referring to African nations as “shithole countries” in a bipartisan immigration meeting earlier this month. …”
Uganda’s president Yoweri Museveni praised Trump for speaking frankly about Africa:
“Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni backed President Donald Trump’s alleged comments about “shithole countries,” praising him for talking about “Africans’ weaknesses frankly.”
“I love Trump because he speaks to Africans frankly,” Museveni said during a meeting of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA). “I don’t know if he was misquoted or whatever. He talks about Africans’ weaknesses frankly.”
In a later tweet, Museveni reiterated his message, arguing that “Africans need to solve their problems.”
“Donald Trump speaks to Africa frankly. Africans need to solve their problems,” he wrote. “You can’t survive if you are weak. It is the Africans’ fault that they are weak.” …”

Yoweri Museveni is right:
Africa’s only real problem is African governance. Black Africa was thriving in the early 20th century under European colonialism. It was Europe and East Asia which were destroyed by the First World War and Second World War in the early 20th century, not Africa.
Black Africa’s wounds were self-inflicted after independence. In the image above, President Trump is meeting with Rwanda’s president Paul Kagame who famously led the Tutsi RPF invasion of Rwanda which brought about the 1994 Rwandan genocide. After the Tutsis won, they drove out the Hutu refugees into the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, which destabilized all of Central Africa. The result was World War Africa in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Yoweri Museveni has been the dictator of Uganda for over thirty years. He knows better than anyone why Central Africa is a shithole. He has presided over multiple invasions of the Democratic Republic of Congo with Rwanda to overthrow Mobutu Sese Seko and his successor Laurent Kabila.

Kathy, Sweetie – whenever you meet some-one who is more racist than you are, you should always, always, ALWAYS reflect, and ask yourself, “How can I be more racist than that guy? How can I be THE MOST racist person that ever lives?” It’s important to have focus, ambition, and goals.

I’d like to thank Ugandas president for his take on things. He knows the truth hurts, but must be said so they can deal with the reality of the situation. More power to him. Sugar coating their situation and telling them they’re just wonderful when, really, they’re total shit, isn’t helping them. He also acknowledges that Africa has to be strong and sort their own issues out-right again.
I’m sure Italy is tired of being Europes negro recovery department-get conditions in Africa livable, and maybe they’ll stay there.
As for Trump-whatever his opinion on something, why can’t he sound presidential, rather than a 15 year old from a trailor park? He’s an utter fool. And why can’t he stand by what he says without back flipping-it makes him look silly.
