     • If you test positive for any tests with a 90% accuracy rate you may only have a test that is correctly diagnosing you in less than 6 out of ten cases.

       This is basic stuff.

       A good doctor can listen to you describing symptoms with honesty and accuracy and probably does a better job if they can also do an XRay MRI and listen with a scope.

   • Doctors always make a judgement based on what you tell them. That’s why it’s important that you describe symptoms in complete terms. There’s nothing shady going on here. One reason why people get sick in winter is that the immune system gets overloaded and you egt are worn out in the colder weather. It’s possible that you did have a few viruses running rampant along with a secondary infection tat bacteria during that time. There’s nothing unusual about it. Some antibiotics are antimalarial too. So that Hydrochloroquine thing can be dealt with by antibiotics containing potassium or products like Doxycycline.

     Just read some books Denise and chill during the quarantine period. Forget about shops and coffees for a while.

7. I see five or six Boomer pensioners in the above photo. Knowing Boomers as I do, their motivation is to preserve their pension/dividend income. Be assured they will not risk their lives for that income. Some of them will, however, encourage the younger generations to do so. When it comes to preserving Boomer pensions, those Gen X’ers in the center are expendable. Boomer Liberty = Stock Market returns.

   The X’ers may (or may not) be concerned about their employment. Such concern is understandable. However, if Boomers had actually cared about Gen X’ers, Millenials, or preserving the Old Republic, they would have organized and put their asses on the line decades ago. Instead, they fancied themselves yuppies until reality set in and they were forced to settle for working on the line. In all that time the Me, Me, Me! attitude never left them. 8. I’m with you, Hunter. Corona-dismissers on the right are completely insane. Has it occurred to them that the Sweden they draw inspiration from functions nothing like American cities under the influence of the modern culture, and that Sweden’s major hub (its capitol city) is the size of freaking Jacksonville? Sweden is also a latecomer to the curve, which is still going up and up for them.

   Every corner of our hospitals are contaminated. Going to the bsopital is going to become a death sentence for those with preexisting conditions. As for how contagious this coronavirus is, farting in public even passes this virus. Our major hub subways are going to be a mess given the number of potentially infected waking around.

   Sadly, when the government is wrong about opening up the country, the government will be blameless because the government has simply given the right what it asked for, and all our symbols – from Trump signs to Confederate flags to Gadsen flags – will all be associated with demanding that the government do what it would have done in the first place if the population was immaterial to the government.

   We just gave the government a ‘get out of jail free’ card.

So now Brimelow is “triangulating” against White Nationalists — how pathetic.

   This kind of post is just you “triangulating” against “conservatives and libertarians” who express any kind of skepticism about COVID-19 and/or authoritarian government measures related to it (do you really believe it will stop there? — are you that naive?), while (you say) espousing “retarded conspiracy theories” (how does one do that with one’s head ‘buried into the sand’?).

11. Re: “testing doesn’t work anyway”: Some sampling methods/locations are more likely to yield accurate results. Antibody tests seem to be more often inaccurate or vague than tests for the virus itself. Lung scans revealing the “broken glass” signature of infection are also diagnostic, along with red eyes, loss of taste and smell, etc. Accurate diagnosis is complex. Drive-through, car-window testing in a Walmart parking lot will miss many cases.

    It is not true that common colds caused by coronaviruses confuses SARS 2 test results, giving false positives. These common colds are an entirely different group of coronaviruses.
