  4. If you apply the system of “democracy” to a team, all the players run in different directions and act according to their own rules. That way, the game will be won by the opponent at best. It would be the same if everyone were to set and follow their own rules on the road. It ends in chaos, suicide, and destruction.

    So-called “democracy” is a ship doomed to sink, on which everyone wanted to be captain. You can’t be the conductor and want to play first violin at the same time.
