It is fitting that the top story of the day is this new bill by Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee which would essentially criminalize even the most mainstream forms of White advocacy as a “conspiracy” under federal law. Jackson Lee is calling it the “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023.”

National Conservative:

“US Congressman Sheila Jackson Lee has represented the 18th district of Texas since 1995. She is the sole sponsor of House Bill 61, which she introduced on January 9th, 2023.

Lee titled the bill “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023.” It calls for a new type of federal hate crime conspiracy charge solely aimed at White people.

It says individuals can be charged with a “conspiracy to engage in a White supremacy hate crime” for crimes or plots they had no actual knowledge of.

Anyone who criticizes immigration or vilifies any “non-White person or group” in an article or social media post can be charged with this crime. They would face this charge if someone they have never met or communicated with is accused of “planning, development, preparation, or perpetration” of a crime. …”

This is the key section of the bill which takes aim at “white supremacist ideology”:

“(b) Conspiracy.—A conspiracy to engage in white supremacy inspired hate crime shall be determined to exist— …

(B) at least one of whom published material advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on “replacement theory”, or hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-White person or group, and such published material—

(i) was published on a social media platform or by other means of publication with the likelihood that it would be viewed by persons who are predisposed to engaging in any action in furtherance of a white supremacy inspired hate crime, or who are susceptible to being encouraged to engage in actions in furtherance of a white supremacy inspired hate crime;

(ii) could, as determined by a reasonable person, motivate actions by a person predisposed to engaging in a white supremacy inspired hate crime or by a person who is susceptible to being encouraged to engage in actions relating to a white supremacy inspired hate crime; and

(iii) was read, heard, or viewed by a person who engaged in the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of a white supremacy inspired hate crime. …”

In other words, if some lunatic like, say, Glenn Miller or Dylann Roof or James Fields, Jr. or Robert Bowers or those feds who were behind The Base gay op goes out and commits a violent crime or even “plots” to commit a crime after listening to a TRS podcast or reading an article about crime statistics on American Renaissance or watching Tucker Carlson talk about the Great Replacement on FOX News, then anyone who can be accused of publishing “white supremacy” on the internet including shitposting on sites like Gab is a “co-conspirator” and can be prosecuted by the Department of Social Justice. Everyone who attended or even promoted Unite the Right in Charlottesville would have been indicted as a “co-conspirator” with James Fields, Jr. and charged under a federal conspiracy statute under this bill.

Fortunately, this bill isn’t going to go anywhere in the Republican House, as 70% of Republican voters now believe in the Great Replacement. This bill would wipe out pretty much everyone on the internet whose politics are to the Right of Ben Shapiro and Charlie Kirk. Shapiro himself could be prosecuted for some of his own content. House Democrats have spent the last three years holding hearings on “Confronting White Supremacy” which have flown under the radar, but which have been building up to this. They held their seventh hearing on the subject last month.

Polarization is a two way street. The Overton Window has shifted on the Right and made formerly fringe ideas like the Great Replacement and a National Divorce more popular as conservatives have radicalized since the George Floyd riots. The same thing has happened on the Left under the Biden administration where anti-White illiberal authoritarianism has gained a lot more traction. House Democrats have never been more explicitly anti-White and explicitly totalitarian in their agenda.

Consider yourself on notice. If these people are restored to power, they are going to use it to completely strip you of your First Amendment rights and criminalize all dissent on race.

Note: Anyway, I continue to believe that it is better for Congress to be running down rabbit holes like investigating the stupid Hunter Biden laptop than going in this direction.

        Certainly I agree with you that I cannot identify with the version of it that it has become.

        That said, even if you do not turn your back on what it has become, the reality is that it has turned it’s back on you – or, worse, actually, it is targeting you – all of us who are the descendents of those who built it, and who do not agree to have it given away without a reckoning.

    Yet, in fairness, it is not something she could conceive of IF the conceptual platform to do so had not been put in place by the New Englanders in the 1860s, though most of these were dismantled by our Confederate Southern forefathers in the decade ensuing.

    Sadly, these anti-American platforms have been reprised, expanded, and made even more toxic by Organized Jewry, and so now thee edifices which were contrived to marginalize and subjugate White Southerners, on White Southern lands, are now employed against Rural and Smalltown Whites everywhere in this land.

    My only questions to my fellow European/Americans are : #1. how long will Whites continually turn the other cheek to this very very overt systemic bullying?

    • Those people definitely exist (see the Porkulus or the vote on gay marriage), but it is misleading to portray everyone in Congress as being one of them. Some of the worst ones like Ben Sasse, Jeff Flake, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are gone now.

        • That is likely true – if they actually will block anything. The problem with this is two-fold. a) Repukes, regardless of what they may say, are still beholden to the donor class who relies on considerable government spending to remain in their comfortable gated communities away from the joys of diversity (while at least doing the required lip-service to the dogma); b) the (((gaslight media))) still wields far too much influence on public perception.

          For example, even though they only nominally control the house, Repukes could actually cut off aid to the self-licking ice-cream cone in Jewkraine. This would involve a government shut-down. Gaslighted morons would swallow the familiar lie about the party of wall street forcing gradma to eat dog-food and a huge percentile of the dumbed-down morons would believe it. There are still a gang of reliable sellouts in the Repuke caucus, while the D-jerseys are basically a monolith with a couple of part-time exceptions. Much of the shouting about reigning in the IRS, FBI etc is just that – red-meat shouting tossed to a segment of the electorate (their base) followed by the usual failure to actually do anything or take the kind of actions outlined by our fellow reader SamJ.

    • The one thing most whites fear above getting on the cattle cars, beyond being forced to live with diversity, even more than death itself is poverty. When poverty comes, thick and fast to the rapidly declining White middle class then and only then will there be rebellion against GloboHomo Shopping Mall Empire, not until then.

      Dementia Joe or Cackling Kamala, whomever is Mr. President and the Democrats will be left holding the bag this time unlike 1932 when it was the Republicans. This time around it will be raging inflation which destroys the economy and ruins people, not deflation like last time. When will some just ONE populist GOP Southern governor simply step up to the plate and declare autonomy for his/our state against the Washington DC Beltway deep state, the Harvard and Yale Law school Kritarchy, the LA New York City J/homo anti White media monopoly and declare that our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights are non negotiable in our autonomous states. It’s not full independence like the Confederate Secession, but autonomy in areas of education, religion and media – which have to be locally owned and run?

    When will just ONE Southern Governor declare that degrees from Harvard and Yale will no longer be honored in their/our states – that includes J lesbian judges like Elena Kagan, Wise Latinas, BLM hate white people crazies like this creature. It also includes Harvard and Yale cuckservatives like the Bush and Romney families – these families are still sending their sons and daughters to Harvard and Yale like Clintons and all the Js.

    Running against Harvard and Yale, running against Woke Coke and Woke homo sexual grooming of J Iger run Disney Studios – that has to be a winning issue in the South, Midwest – fly over states.

  17. Lee has Houston, Texas district 18. I suspect that, when she won office in 1995, that district was either majority black or getting rapidly blacker. Now it is about 40 percent black. It is also about 40 percent Hispanic with Anglo Whites 17 percent and the Asians about 3 percent.

    Here’s something interesting; those in her district who describe themselves as White number slightly over 45 percent. I assume that 28 percent are “White” Hispanic.

    The median earnings of that district are not that high and the great majority are not college indoctrinated. With all these Central and South Americans Biden is letting in, I imagine that it will not be long now before these newcomers push the majority demographics to Hispanic.

    Rule of thumb is that once Hispanics reach majority demographics, they will run and vote for an Hispanic candidate. With her latest Anti-White volley with Free Speech Infringement to combat “White Supremacy,” I think it won’t be long now before she is primaried by an Hispanic. I think the only thing that has kept her in office is Whites allying with Blacks against Hispanics for fear of losing their jobs to them. But this latest crap may end up allying Whites with Hispanics much the way poor White in Los Angeles took part in the Mexican Mafia and end her tenure much sooner than she thinks.
