As I said on The Political Cesspool, the demise of Roe v. Wade is unforgiveable in the eyes of the “journalists.” The Democrats were already saying that the Supreme Court is illegitimate. They were already announcing their plan to nuke the filibuster to pack the court.

Axios:

“The Supreme Court on Monday ruled 6-3 that a Washington state public high school football coach had a right to pray on the field with students, declaring that such activity is protected under the Constitution because it counts as free speech …”

There is no incentive anymore to go along with John Roberts and pander to the media. Perhaps it was the assassination attempt on Kavanaugh that pushed the court over the ledge?

  5. The Democrats are condemning this decision as a huge defeat for them and their misfit followers, which it is.

    Where are the Republicans touting this as a big win? They should be congratulating the SC for doing something right for a change. Mostly the Republicans seem to have gone to ground, hiding, which is their SOP during times of controversy. They are worthless, worthless.

    Leigh McMichael the wife of Greg McMichael and mother of Travis McMichael was on Blood River Radio Saturday. Hope the McMichaels are set free and those who had a hand in railroading them into prison are put in prison themselves for the rest of their lives.

    Also wish that if Travis’ stolen gun is ever recovered that they would search and find that black felon Ahmaud Arbery ‘s fingerprints on it.

    • The verdict in the McMichaels trial was a forgone conclusion, it could have been a trial in the USSR ca. 1936 for all the “justice” on display there.

      Where were all the “conservatives” complaining about due process, tainted jury pools, change of venue etc.? Did any Republicans speak up for the McMichaels? Just kidding, to ask is to answer.

      • There is talk about the three (the McMichaels & Bryan) being killed by Blacks in state prison. Arbery’s parents (they seem to be the ones actually calling all the shots and running the judicial system) refused to let them go to a federal prison. If the McMichaels are killed it could trigger a race war. If Travis McMichael was told that he had lost his right to defend himself and his defense while fighting in the life and death struggle over the shotgun was translated into a murder charge against not only him but the other two involved then I am sure all these godless wicked anti-White judicial bigots who let Blacks get off for their violent crimes will apply this same demonic reasoning to the whole White race.

        We need a new country (at least the South does). This one has gone to the dogs.

        George E. Barnhill seems to have more sense than all the rest of the legal people in Georgia combined:

        The video made by William Bryan clearly shows the shooting in real time. From said video it appears Ahmaud Arbery was running along the right side of the McMichael truck then abruptly turns 90 degrees to the left and attacks Travis McMichael who was standing at the front left corner of the truck. A brief skirmish ensues in which it appear Arbery strikes McMichael and appears to grab the shotgun and pull it from McMichael. The shot is through Arberys right hand palm which is consistent with him grabbing and pulling the shotgun at the barrel tip, the 2nd and 3rd wounds are consistent with the struggle for the shotgun as depicted in the video, the angle of the 2nd shot with the rear of the buttstock being pushed away and down from the fight are also consistent with the upward angle of blood plume shown in the video and that McMichael was attempting to push the gun away from Arbery while Arbery was pulling it toward himself. The 3rd shot too appears to be in a struggle over the gun. The angle of the shots and the video show this was from the beginning or almost immediately became–a fight over the shotgun. GIVEN THE FACT ARBERY INITIATED THE FIGHT, at the point Arbery grabbed the shotgun, under Georgia Law, McMichael was allowed to use deadly force to protect himself. Just as importantly, while we know McMichael had his finger on the trigger, we do not know who caused the firings. Arbery would only had to pull the shotgun approximately 1/16th to 1/8th of one inch to fire weapon himself and in the height of an altercation this is entirely possible. Arberys mental health records & prior convictions help explain his apparent aggressive nature and his possible thought pattern to attack an armed man.

        OCGA16-3-21 Use of Force in Defense, once confronted with a deadly force situation an individual is allowed to use deadly force to defend themselves or others OCGA16-3-23.1 Georgia’s No Duty to Retreat Law, an individual is not required to back away from or submit to an attack; OCGA16-3-24[b] The use of force which is intended or likely tocause death or great bodily harm to prevent trespass on or other tortious or criminal interference with real property other than a habitation or personal property is not justified unless the person using such force reasonably believes that it is necessary to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.OCGA16-3-24.2 A person properly and legally defending themselves is immune from prosecution

        For the above and foregoing reasons, it is our conclusion there is insufficient probable cause to issue arrest warrants at this time.

        • The McMichaels & Bryan are guilty of scuffling in self defense with a negro that resulted in the death of said negro. If this Aubery character had been a White guy but every other detail were the same we would have never heard of this case;

      At the moment, there appears to be certain kind of political entropy at work, a phenomenon that has resulted in ideologically hideous women like Lightfoot, Gretchen Whitmer, Kate Brown, Kathy Hochul (to name a specific few) et al having power in the US — no man in his right mind wants this madness to continue (after all, many male politicians are bad enough).
